I revisited the project after learning more about User Research, how to present it, and how to make it meaningful to stakeholders. I worked at one of the first stores to implement an online shopping app, so I'm familiar with the customer and fulfillment sides of online grocery ordering. Still, my findings surprised me and reminded me that I am not the user.
Darkside guitars is a custom guitar shop in Nebraska, USA. The owner, Aaron, has toured the world as a guitar specialist. What holds him back is his reach. Few people know about his business and he has almost no online presence. I hope that, with the right content strategy, I can help him solve this problem and bring in new clients. Facebook Instagram
For SkyeSpace, I was challenged to apply habit-forming principles to app design. I mostly followed the Fogg Model and Pete Judo's Stop-Start-Stick method. I chose to push them to an extreme to create a gamified meditation experience. The irony is palpable, but I truly believe one can find inner peace with a cartoon sloth as well as anything.

When I was a child, I would rearrange the buffet line at family picnics to the most efficient order possible, e.g., plates and utensils are always first, hamburger buns go before hamburgers.
